Cancellation Policy

Classes — the 12-hour rule
Cancel a class booking at least 12 hours before it starts and your credit goes back to your wallet automatically. Cancel inside the 12-hour window and the credit is forfeit — partners have already prepared the space and turned away other members.
Cancel anytime from your bookings page or from the booking confirmation email.
Waitlist holds
Joining a waitlist doesn't charge a credit. If a seat opens up and you're auto-promoted, you'll get an email — and the regular 12-hour cancellation rule applies from that moment.
If the partner cancels
Studios sometimes cancel for instructor illness, weather, or facility issues. When that happens, your credit is returned in full and you'll receive an email — no action needed from you.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your wallet page — your access stays active through the end of the current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.
We don't issue refunds for partial months. Unused credits from a cancelled plan remain in your wallet.
Credit top-ups
Credit purchases are non-refundable, but credits don't expire during the pilot — use them whenever you're ready. If a charge looks wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.
Streak protection
Streaks only advance after a partner confirms your attendance. If a partner forgets to confirm and your streak is at risk, email hello@echosystem.club within 7 days of the class and we'll fix it.
Disputes
We're a small team. If something feels wrong about a charge, a cancellation, or a partner interaction, reach out directly at hello@echosystem.club. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
