Partner Agreement
Last updated: August 20, 2026 · Pilot version
1. Who this applies to
This Agreement governs studios, trainers, and organizers ("Partner", "you") who list classes, sessions, or events on Echo System ("Echo", "we"). It's separate from and in addition to our
Terms of Service, which also applies to your use of the platform.
2. Independent business
You're an independent business, not an employee, agent, franchisee, or joint venturer of Echo. You control your own pricing (subject to what's configured on the platform), your schedule, your instruction, and your space. Nothing here is exclusive — you're free to also list your classes on other platforms.
3. Fees & payouts
There are two kinds of bookings, paid out differently. Direct, drop-in bookings — a member paying you directly through checkout — are 100% yours; Echo doesn't take a cut. Membership-covered visits — a member using their membership allotment instead of paying per-visit — settle at a flat per-visit rate for that session type (sauna & cold plunge, open workout, bootcamp), split 85% to you, 15% platform fee. Both are paid out monthly by bank transfer, covering the prior calendar month.
If a member books and then doesn't show, or cancels within the 12-hour window in our Cancellation Policy (their credit or session is forfeited, not refunded), you still receive your share for that booking — you held the seat. If you cancel a class, the member is refunded (or their session restored) in full and there's no revenue to share for that booking.
4. Insurance & liability
You're required to maintain your own general liability insurance covering your premises, equipment, and instruction, and you're solely responsible for the safety of members at your location. Echo isn't a party to what happens at your class — that's between you and the member, consistent with our Terms of Service.
5. Class quality & conduct
You're responsible for the quality, safety, and professionalism of your classes and instruction. Echo may remove a listing, suspend your account, or end this Agreement if we receive credible reports of unsafe conditions, harassment, or other conduct that puts members at risk.
6. Member information
When a member books your class, you can see their name, the class booked, their confirmation code, and what they paid — enough to check them in and run your class. You may not use member information for marketing, resell it, or share it with anyone outside your own staff for any purpose beyond hosting that booking.
7. Term & termination
Either of us can end this Agreement at any time, for any reason, effective immediately. Bookings already confirmed at that point should still be honored where possible; if that's not possible, the member's payment is refunded per our Cancellation Policy.
8. Pilot disclaimer
Echo is currently in a limited pilot. Fees, payout mechanics, and these terms may change as the platform evolves — we'll notify you before any change that affects your payouts.
9. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement as the pilot evolves. We'll post the new version here with an updated date and email active partners for material changes.
